This place has excellent service, pricing and quality. I brought my grand fathers antique rug to them for cleaning and repair and I was amazed at how great it looked when I got it back. The people who work here are so knowledgeable and were a great resource to help me learn about my rug and how to care for it going forward. I will definitely be using them again going forward.

I've heard about Aladdin rug and cleaner from one of my friend and decided to give them a try. The process was seamless, fast, and informative. The fact that they came to my place (OC) to collect, take it to their shop, perform cleaning and of course suggestions they made to improve my long lasting rugs, in example the repairs. Once their process is finished in a timely manner, they delivered it to the same place, and I felt that I changed my interior, it was that big of a difference. Imagine someone does your laundry, fold them and put it in your drawer, repaired! you can't go wrong with them. I asked for their pick up/delivery range, and it was reasonable and I feel confident suggesting them to friends and family. If you are considering them, give them a try and you will be their future customer, make sure to ask for suggestion depending on your rung for it's longevity.

We spilled a full mug of black coffee onto our white Nanimarquina Mano rug. The giant stain proved to be stubborn against most known cleaning methods. But Aladdin Rug Cleaners performed the impossible and restored every square inch back to the original white, like new, without any trace of the incident left behind. And they charged us for only the first cleaning, despite their clearly going above and beyond that. I recommend them most highly.
