Amaidzing Agency Inc of Los Angeles

I called Amaidzing Agency Inc after my wife fell ill and was having a hard time cleaning up after the kids and pets. They have been sent from above and certainly live up to their name! We have them out regularly to keep the house clean, healthy and tidy and honestly don't know what we would do without their maid services. Their attention to detail is unmatched and they give us all a clean and organized environment where we can feel happy. If you need housekeeping services whether a one time deep cleaning or regular house cleaning maintenance; Amaidzing are the best!

Do not hire these cleaners. I have an outrageous amount of complaints. I was told cleaners would clean for 2 1/2 hours. Towards the hour mark they started to slow down and started to do less and less. Then they packed up and left 30 min early because they said they were told only 2 hours. After seeing reviews I decided to make a list of things needed to be done so I can keep track of progress and only 30% of the list was done. They completely neglected the cabinets in my kitchen even after I pointed it out to them. I had to tell them things to clean which is a wild thing considering they were hired to clean. On top of that, I worked along side them the entire time and the job that they did was still not worth what I paid. After contacting the person I booked with (who told me I would be able to confirm the job was completed before my card was charged and that was NOT the case) they took extremely long to get back to me and I ended up having to bug them about a refund and when they did, it was only $40 when I spent way more than that. If not for the terrible customer service, having to provide cleaning tools that they didn't bring, and them leaving early, I FOR SURE deserve a FULL refund for how awful of a cleaning job they did. NOT. WORTH. THE. MONEY. The pictures I took after speak for themselves.

DO NOT USE. Cleaners left early claiming they had an additional person helping so they were done but when we inspected our home our house (especially stairs) still had debris/crumbs in spaces that were very visible. They also mopped with old rags or something that left our entire house smelling like mildew! We've never had that happen before with previous cleaners. When we contacted the business with our concerns, they completely ignored us and didn't offer a recleaning or discount. We will never use them again. There are PLENTY of other cleaning services in LA that will do a much better job. This cleaning wasn't even considered "decent" in our eyes.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! The cleaning was alright but they stole all of my roommates bathroom products (and when I say bathroom products I mean they took nearly full shampoo bottles, unopened toothpaste tubes and toothbrush packages, and everything in her medicine cabinet from allergy medicine to tylenol, leaving only a few empty bottles in the shower) and they stole the most expensive few articles of clothing out of my drawers. When confronted they were very rude, to the point of hanging up on me once, changing their version of the story (from "we didn't take anything" to "we threw away a couple empty bottles" and still expecting me to pay for the cleaning. Why would I pay you $200 if I have no indication that you're going to reimburse the over $500 worth of property that was stolen. If you have already booked them, cancel or make sure you watch everything they do. They will offer to "organize" your closet and steal a couple expensive items, hoping it will take just long enough for you to notice. And check their garbage bags before they leave for your expensive beauty creams and other items that are not trash. Do not trust these people!!! I would give less than one star if I could.
