Amazing experience. This was our first time getting this service done. We had a dog for years that left our couches very smelly and dirty. We no longer have the dog and so we called AT Carpet Cleaners and they were amazing. The 2 that came out were so nice and extremely qualified. My couches and my rug are so clean and smell brand new. It was also very affordable. We expected it to be an arm and a leg which it was definitely not. We will definitely be calling them again and referring them to our family and friends!

We got a deep cleaning, and honestly the carpet was very dirty before. I didn’t think it could look this good again, but they made it look almost new. The difference is amazing. The team was friendly, on time, and worked hard. Our home feels so much cleaner now. I would definitely recommend their service.

Heyhey everyone, so I just wanted to say is that, what started out as a very annoying morning, turned out to be a very relieving and satisfying afternoon. Let me explain…my dog Charlie had an accident on the carpet this morning, so waking up to dog feces all over your carpet really threw my morning off … So first I called American Carpet because as I remember that was the last carpet cleaners I used, but they could not satisfy my needs. So I called A.T. Carpet Cleaning and they were absolutely superb…from the very first call, the woman who answered the phone was kind and courteous and was ready to answer all my needs. I had used them before and she remembered me, so right away I told her the issue, so I asked her if I could get a service person over to my place right away. She jumped on the phone and as luck would have it, Junior aka J.R. was in the neighborhood and he was at my place within 30 mins. Understanding the urgency of this kind of emergency and what it can do to your carpet, it was a life saver! J.R. came up and evaluated the situation and it was bad, not only the dog feces, but realizing that Charlie has been urinating and marking his territory also. So going over the details of what the work would consist of and coming to a price we both agreed upon J.R. got to work. And what a job it was… Pre-spray oxy, brightener, heavy soil remover, super spot treatment, sanitizer, deodorizer, enzymes & scotch guard. I’ve included some before/after pics and the job was perfect. Not to mention at the end while talking to J.R., he comes to be that he’s the owner! Love that!
