Working with Erin from Begin Again Decluttering was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, she provided true hand-holding support — patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. When I was gathering estimates, Erin stood out immediately. She was the only one who actually went into every closet, took the time to ask thoughtful questions, and really tried to understand our needs. During the decluttering process, she explained everything in detail and never rushed us. Erin guided us gently through each decision, especially when it came to letting go of clothes and sentimental items. Her approach made what could have been an overwhelming task feel surprisingly easy and even empowering. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and brings both structure and compassion to the process, Begin Again is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Begin Again Decon were a pleasure to work with . Erynn , Henry , and their team were helpful , patient , kind , affordable , trust worthy , thorough , and reliable . My home had experienced flood damage that needed tending too so I figured while they were here I would have them haul out some junk I had in my storage room and in my attic as well . So Erynn wrote out a detailed plan of action/contract that addressed all of my needs . I truly enjoyed working with them and would definitely hire them again if need be . I would give them 10 stars if I could ♥️

Begin Again Decon was suggested to us by a friend and Henry and his team worked on several rooms in our house. They were not only patient and kind, but also strategized with us on the multiple ways we could solve our issues in a cost-effective manner. While working, they were able to keep each area very clean. Scheduling work days with the company was easy and we appreciated their flexibility. We felt safe at all times with having Henry's team in the house amongst our belongings. Begin Again Decon is a company worth considering for your job.

If I could give Begin Again Decon 10 stars I would. My brother and I were tasked with cleaning out our mother’s house after she recently passed away. The house had not been lived in for years and critters invaded. I researched various companies and had them assess and provide estimates, and Begin Again Decon really stood out. They were compassionate, provided detailed estimates, had flexible availability, and their prices were very reasonable. We couldn’t have gotten through this clean out process without Begin Again Decon. Including some before and after pictures as well.

Have nothing but good things to say about the team at Begin Again Decon and happy to have supported a local business! Our garage was a still cluttered after moving in a year ago and when we finally went to reorganize, we were met with evidence of cat and rodent galore. I coordinated everything with Erynn who was super kind and helped me determine if I needed haul away services. The rate was very reasonable and the work was thorough. Would definitely hire them again. As HOT as it was outside, they still exceeded the estimate for how long it would take to remove the stuff, vacuum safely, disinfect, and wipe all non porous surfaces down. As a bonus, Henry was super kind (my fluffy dog agreed) helped encourage me to get rid of a bunch of things I definitely didn’t need. 5/5 10/10!
