48 hours ago, my place looked like a disaster area. I had just moved in and it was chaos and I felt a bit unsettled. Now, after Lorenna and her team got to work, it looks immaculate, colorful and well organized - and it feels very much like home now. From my first phone call until the job was complete, Lorenna made me feel like I was in excellent hands. She and her crew handled a little bit of everything, including helping me get unpacked, establishing some organization in my closets, working with me on furniture placement, hanging pictures, helping me get rid of clutter, shopping on my behalf and thoroughly cleaning the apartment. And they couldn't have been more professional or pleasant throughout the process. I'll conclude by saying that I'll be retaining their services for regular apartment cleanings; I can't think of a better endorsement than that.
