I was looking for a company that uses pet friendly products and I came across Carpet Savers. I looked at their reviews and noticed how everyone that had used their services were so happy! I thought I’d give them and try and I’m soo glad that I did! From the very beginning to the very end it was an absolute pleasure. They cleaned my couch and the tile and grout in the kitchen and dining room. The results were amazing, everything looked brand new. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again! Finding a good upholstery cleaning service was surprisingly difficult. I didn’t want my sofa cleaned with a small portable machine, since they never seem to get deep enough. After calling around for estimates, I chose Carpet Savers because they use powerful, truck-mounted equipment for a true industrial clean. Moises and Eddie arrived within the promised window, bringing great energy and professionalism. The entire process took about an hour, and I was amazed (and a little horrified!) at how dirty the water was afterwards. My sofa looks fantastic now, and I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly, non-toxic products. I’m so grateful to Carpet Savers and will absolutely be using them again!

They arrived on time and the staff were very professional and helpful! I felt safe around them and their vibe was positive. They did an amazing job!

Literally saved our couch! We spilled red wine on our white couch and I tried to do it myself and made it worse. I had to wait over 24hours before I could find someone too so it sat even more. They came out and did an incredible job!! It reasonably priced and promised to make sure they could even do it first without charging me. That was Especially helpful because we didn’t plan to have an extra expense right now. I can’t get over how great it turned out.
