The service was so good and they explained everything to me. I have a puppy that is not potty trained and they got rid of the spots and smells! They took their time and were so friendly. Highly recommend!!

ChemDry is an incredible company with top of the line customer service. Their employees are incredibly friendly and kind. They really do an incredible job. We even needed one section to be handled again in our carpets as our sick cat had peed on our wall to wall carpet and area rug. They came over a second time and used something more intense to get rid of the smell very last minute and for free. They are my new go-to and I can’t recommend them enough!

Cesar and his co worker did a wonderful job. They worked fast and hard and transformed my 19 year old carpet with cat pee stains. It smells so great and looks new again. Not kidding. They treat you like you are a friend and want to do a good job for you. Love them!!!

These guys were amazing! I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to a local power outage, but when the power came back on over an hour later, I called Rodrigo and they were still able to accommodate me. Joelle and Santos were friendly, listened to my requests, and were fast and efficient. The carpets look great. They even got the stained arm rests on a desk chair clean.
