Cleaner Alliance

I hired Alliance to clean my apartment recently and they did such a great job! Both Alex and his maid Halina were very polite and professional and both were very thorough in getting all the dirt and grime off of my stove, floors, windows and even got some stains out of my furniture that were impossible to get out by myself; it all looked like new again! I can finally bring house guests over again without worrying about how my place looks. They came well equipped with cleaning supplies that I didn't even know existed haha. I hate cleaning and Alliance also made it easy to schedule a cleaning on short notice. I can't recommend these guys enough! Best cleaning service in LA with more than fair pricing, professional customer service and quick on the job too. I'll definitely be hiring them again when my apartment needs a good cleaning again. Amazing cleaners. Friendly and all are very easy to communicate a vision with. I live in a penthouse in downtown LA with two dogs, and it gets messy very fast. Every time I’ve called them they’ve been here ASAP to help fix everything up and pay attention to detail :)

Was flexible in terms of scheduling, however showed up an hour earlier then scheduled. Ended up with a very basic wipe down of my apartment. Floors were still dirty after they left (swifter cloth after they left to prove) baseboards untouched and missed all the windows. Asked zero questions about how I clean although I could have been more direct.
