Nazira has been amazing and she is business owner of Cleaning in LA. She's always been prompt to reply, to schedule us in the best she could, and every member of her team has been excellent. Yelena was one of her first team members that she sent to our home, and she did an immaculate job in our house. The next several times we had Olga and Nadezhda. Those two left our home spotless, and always made sure that we were satisfied. They were extremely detailed, and made sure to double check many areas and take their time. They are also kind and understanding, and listened to any concerns that we had and made sure to address it. It's hard to find people who truly care for your home as if it's theirs, and usually, housekeeping is a hit or miss. But it's never been a miss with Cleaning LA. This is the main reason why we have been repeat customers.
