A stray cat I’m taking care of peed and did diarrhea on three of my couch cushions. I tried to clean up the mess myself with baking soda and enzyme cleaner but made the cushions look worse and the smell didn’t go away. Since I only wanted those three cushions cleaned, I asked for a special quote which CMCleaning was happy to provide. They were flexible with scheduling, quick to respond, and very friendly over text. The cleaning was absolutely wonderful. It was done very quickly and the man responsible for the cleaning, David, was super kind and polite. The results are amazing— the cushions are spotless and there is no trace of bad smells. David also showed me how much dirt he got out of the cushions in the water he used to clean— the water was brown!! Thank you for a job well done! Super professional, fast, and convenient. I am a pet sitter and I sometimes run into an issue with a dog marking a rug of mine, making it easier for future dogs to want to mark the same area. CMCleaning was referred to me by a trusted friend to clean a large area rug that had been marked, and the technician came out and did such a thorough job cleaning it, paying extra attention to an area that had recently been marked by a dog. The whole team was very communicative and the tech was punctual, kind, and efficient. The cost was well worth it for the service, and despite having lots of equipment, the tech was in and out in under an hour and a half! I will definitely use them again.

There's not enough wonderful things I could say about CMCleaning and I'm so happy I found them online. The person scheduling was easy to talk to and texted confirmations promptly. And Dan the technician was so so so amazing. I had been very stressed at the state of my carpets and I literally felt like Dan had saved my sanity. He was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. He vacuumed first, spot treated some tougher areas, had a headlamp for better visibility, an air blower going as he worked on the other room. I was just so impressed and so grateful. I've had many carpet cleaners over the years at my parents house and my own house and Dan and CMCleaning are the best and there's no comparison. Will definitely call them again in the future.
