COIT Cleaning and Restoration

Thank you . Love coit and all his staff . Very caring and knowledgeable. and specially Jose and William the technician we had . as always They are the top of the cream with coit . I highly recommend them . They are very knowledgeable; caring and make sure they do a Good job . leave your vents and air ducks very clean and disinfected They had being several times to our property This time to clean extra well our air ducks and vents due to exposure to smoke and soot contamination due to our neighbor house being burnt completely. Thank you 🙏😍 We will keep using them in the future . Highly recommend them .

We had an amazing experience at COIT! It was easy to book and the price on the quote was about the same as what we paid when the job was done. We signed up for a morning appointment and Brendan called us right on time to let us know when he'd arrive. He did an awesome job and was incredibly thorough. The floors and carpets look great! We are recommending everyone try COIT.

The job was started on time and completed in a timely manner. The technician was helpful; however, the kitchen area needs to have additional work. The tile flooring under the refrigerator and stove was overlooked, nor was any recommendation made for this area. The technician must return to complete this area, the appliances have been moved to provide easy access for the technicians equipment. I gave notice Sunday and requested a return service call.

Called Coit out to give us an estimate on our shower tile and grout. Service tech started the job then called and said he's gonna have to charge additional, agreed since he had already started. Not happy at all with finished product. I would not recommend using them for this type of service

Wasn’t going to write a review but ended up writing one. The reasons were the following: Requested a morning appointment two days out, no one called to confirm. When I called the day before they said, mornings not available but 12pm-2pm was, that’s fine. Appointment time comes and unfortunately he couldn’t make it until 4:45pm. That’s still sorta fine as long as it gets done. After 5pm it’s dark, so I couldn’t see how good or bad of a job it was (see pictures). This morning as we have a chance to look, we realized that all along the edges around the kitchen, dirt marks were never cleaned all the way. Few more areas as well. Half the grout in the tile was cleaned and looks white, the other have looks dirty/dark. Spending $700 and getting this result was not happy. Also please tell the professionals to not wear their sneakers as they go out to the van and back in the house on the newly cleaned floors. I noticed one area with a foot print from the dirt on the bottom of the sneakers mixed in with cleaned solution on the wood floors that were cleaned and sealed. Very disappointing service.
