I called Eco-Dry Carpet & Upholstery on a whim to get an estimate for a sofa cleaning. Making the appointment was easy. Leading up to the day of the appointment, they followed up with my by email and text to confirm the appointment. Once on the premises, it was smooth sailing. They were honest about the outcomes of the service and the results were great. I would book this company again for future needs.

Had an amazing experience. I was able to book an appointment easily and quickly. I got continuous updates as appropriate and the people that came were experts. They made no promises (my couches had some rough stains from animals), but they over delivered. I can’t say enough good things!

Aaron, Angel & Luke were fantastic to work with. Every part of the process was easy from the booking to communication to execution. My apartment’s carpet was so dirty by the entry and it looks brand new. I’ve hired other companies in the past and the stains never really lifted or came back quickly because of whatever shampoo was used. These guys use a machine that actually sucks up the dirt permanently. I’m absolutely blown away. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You know that feeling when you finally find a service that actually delivers and you can’t stop talking about it? That’s me right now about Eco-Dry.

The cleaning service was disappointing. The team arrived late and seemed unprepared, leaving several stains untouched. Some areas remained damp for hours, causing a musty smell in the house. When I reached out to address the issues, communication was poor and they were slow to respond. Overall, the work felt rushed and unprofessional, and the results did not match the cost.
