Had a wonderful experience!! Alan took his time with my rug and even made sure I was happy with the job. Just to make sure the job was done right he went back over it again! He was so friendly and respectful. Even the person on the phone was great. Everyone communicated throughout the whole appointment start to finish. I would highly recommend!
