Jimmy from Flower Fresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did an amazing job which exceeded my expectations! First it was very easy to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time, was friendly and professional. I scheduled to have carpet which was deeply stained cleaned plus a sofa cleaned. I told Jimmy to do the best he can with the carpet. Anything will be better than it’s current condition. Jimmy said he will be able to remove the stains. I was absolutely amazed how clean the carpet was when he finished! 😀 He also did a great job cleaning the sofa. The price for the job was also reasonable and affordable. Jimmy followed up a day or two later to check if I was satisfied with the service and if there was anything else I needed. I highly recommend Flower Fresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning!!! Flower Fresh did an amazing job on my stairs and hallway. Jimmy was professional, thorough and made my carpet look like new! He treated, sanitized and steamed a horrible spot that I didn’t think would ever come out. It’s been several days and my carpet still looks amazing. I highly recommend Flower Fresh! I plan to use them for my tile, windows, and carpet in the rest of the house! I have tried many carpet cleaners and Jimmy is by far the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced that I have found. This is the second time using Jimmy for some steam cleaning. He first helped me take a red wine stain out of my living room rug, which he did so successfully. Second time, he's cleaned our couch extremely well. He is very professional, on time, communicative and provides his value for his services. From the moment we made the appointment until the arrival this morning Mr. Jimmy was very professional; his follow up, his detailed to questions and being on time are all five star. As far as the cleaning of two of our rooms for the carpet, he was very respectful of our home. He did not sit down or take phone breaks. He worked steadily through the hours that he worked on the carpet to do the best job and we are pleased with the outcome. The longer it dries the better it looks. We will use Flower Fresh again to do our upholstery cleaning.
