We needed help with a cobalt blue suede-like sofa and love seat that had a lot of stains. Blake did an amazing job getting everything looking fresh and nearly brand new again. He also worked on our pub chairs, one of which I thought was beyond hope because of heavy stains, but it looks fantastic now. I was honestly so amazed at how clean and bright everything turned out. The whole service was excellent! We’ll definitely be calling again for a full carpet cleaning throughout the house. The team provides top-notch service and is truly worth every penny.

I wanted to support a local business, so I paid $200 cash for a deep clean of my sofa. The technician was polite, but the execution was poor. The Issues: - Over-wetting led to an odor: The couch was left soaking wet. Because of the poor water extraction, the down cushions began to smell like mildew/wet dog within 24 hours, and the cushions remained wet 72 hours later - Stains remained: The 'deep clean' didn't lift standard wear marks on the corners - The follow-up: I called the next day to ask for a touch-up (standard for any cleaning service). I was told I would have to pay for an additional service to get the new odors out of the couch The result: I had to strip the couch myself, sun-dry the cushions for 2 days to kill the mildew smell, and wash the covers personally to get them clean. I paid $200 to but still had to do the actual cleaning myself
