Heaven's Best

Heaven's Best is great...hands down great. The prices are very reasonable but let's look past the prices and look at his service. The service they offered was outstanding and professional. The tech won't oversell you on anything like some other people do. He doesn't believe in shortcuts at all, which is why an honest guy like him is worth his weight in gold. I had 3 rooms a hallway and about 12 steps cleaned and he was great!!! If I can lock down the price he gave me I will use him again and again each year. Someone else already said it but I will say it again...he explained everything that he was going to be doing and how the process worked. We also did a walkthrough of my house so I could show him some of the areas that I felt weren't so good (dog did #1 on the rug a while back and we tried to clean it). All the spots are gone!!! Just AMAZING!!! - if you don't use Heaven's Best you will be sorry as I have used about 3-4 other people in the past 12 years I have lived in my house and he is the best!!! WOW ! Yelp works! I never thought I could get my older burgundy lambskin rug back to as bright and soft as it was when I first bought it several years ago. I had tried cleaning it a few years ago and I did not notice a difference. After Heaven's Best of Altadena cleaned it, I was SO happy I didn't have to buy a new rug, and it came out like it was brand new. I really couldn't believe it. A not dull burgundy and once again soft which everyone told me could not be done. I also want to add that all the people there were so nice and helpful. I don't know all the names yet, but I know I will. I can't say enough positive things about the quality of their work. Scott
