Ideal professional came through last minute for me . I had previously hired a cleaner to deep clean, took the day off even since I have a house dog and she canceled on me an hour before she was scheduled to come. Not wanting to waste the day off - I called ideal professional and to my surprise, they were they a bit more reasonable in price. Fortunately they were also available same day. The ladies cleaned the entire time and did a wonderful job on my deep clean. The home feelsnew and refreshed and I couldn’t be more pleased! All the customer service reps I spoke to were also very helpful and pleasant with this accommodation . Thank you for your great service.

This company is great! They took my referral the day before service was needed, called to go over exactly what was needed, and then made sure the service was filled while the company i used previously couldnt meet my schedule need. The cleaners that came were very friendly and efficient, taking my direction into account and asking questions if anything was unclear. The place looks fantastic after they were done!

The woman who cleaned my apartment did an amazing job! She was very respectful and listened to what I had to say when it came to the apartment. And she did a fantastic job! The price was worth it and I recommend them and her to anyone needing an apartment cleaned! Mine was specifically for move out purposes.

This is a review of the first house cleaning of my 4 bdrm/2 bath home. The house was cleaned by two ladies that didn't speak much english, but that's ok. They showed up on time and it took them about 2.5 hrs to clean the whole house. While it seemed like they were in a rush, they did a good job. The only reason why I'm rating them 4 stars is because as soon as they were done, they quickly left. I received a phone call about 20 mins later, asking how the service was. I did a walk through at that point and noticed they missed cleaning the base boards. I mentioned this to the person over the phone and she had to call the ladies back to finish cleaning the base boards. Although they came back to finish the job, it would've been more efficient if they stayed and asked me to do a walk through before they left. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with their service.

A refund was offered only if I removed the negative review. I declined the offer because it is clear that the cleaners are not vetted. The cleaner left the trash outside of my house along with the broom. I called the company to inform them. She also left a duster in my house. Ledges were not dusted and the floor had hair and dust as well immediately after the cleaning. The housekeeper did not know how to change a trash liner so she poked a hole in the bag to try and secure it. In addition my shower curtain was pulled up and draped over the rod and left like that after the cleaning. In addition, small items in my bathroom were not put back in its proper place. As for the kitchen- the stove grates were put back in the wrong order. It did not feel like my house was freshly clean when the housekeeper left. After looking at other reviews I found that my experience was not unique. It is true that the cleaner shows up with a small bucket of random supplies. Nothing appeared to be professional or uniform.
