I found them doing a Google search looking to support a local small business and compared to the famous companies the price was very competitive, the visit for an estimate happened the same day I called and the job was completed in just over an hour the next morning. My old tile and grout had never been cleaned before and it now looks almost new. Very friendly service and good quality work would make JA definitely worth considering for your tile and grout cleaning.

Very professional and fast. I was able to have my carpet cleaned in the same morning! They do a lot of extra works too like couches and mattresses. I’m definitely contacting them again for future cleanings!!! They have 3 different types of cleaning for carpets. So even if yours is in a bad shape like mine was, it will get very well cleaned! In the picture you can see the difference between the cleaned area and the spot that was not cleaned yet. AMAZING work!!!

Mr Isaias Avelarde or he called himself Jonathan claimed to have 20 years of experience. He contacted me through my Thumbtack job post and immediately wants to come over for an estimate. So he arrived with his helper at 11;30 am Saturday morning and he very forcefully wants to start a job right away and initially priced to do the carpet cleaning for $580 and then down to $500. Everything felt rushed and very sloppy work was done. About 20 mins in to the job he got into an argument with my wife over whether they are being careful with the wooden stairs and said he wanted to leave and requested I just pay him half for what he already did. He insisted on paying him via Venmo and was out by 12:30. So less than 1 hour of sloppy unprofessional work for $350. I had serious doubt when I asked him how long is it going to dry because they only done very rushly without sucking out the dirty water and he told me 3-4 hours. The next day I find the carpet is still wet and with water mark and carpet decoloration. As shown in the photos. I contacted him and he told me he is coming back the next day which is Monday between 11-1. I waited and contacted him again in the afternoon and he told me that he is running late. For the whole day I waited for him and he ditched the appointment and have been ghosted me since. Beware of JA carpet cleaning. Watch out for the name mentioned above and the phone number. This is his business model to bully the customers. I am considering further contacting thumbtack support and potentially local law enforcement if I see his truck back in the neighborhood.
