LA Maintenance is and will always be my number one cleaning company. I worked with them when I was property managing for Afton Properties and when I switched over to my second company, I brought them over as my vendor. They go above and beyond the scope of work every time. The employees are always very kind, trustworthy and courteous. Talk about thorough. They brought my properties up to the standard of their worth. The owner Ohad, would even come out frequently to check after his employees' work. I also like working with them because they are a one stop shop. You don't have to hire multiple vendors because they do it all from power washing garages, pavements, awnings, trash chutes, carpet cleaning, organizing recycling, unit turns, you name it.
