If you’re looking for a professional carpet and upholstery cleaning service, I highly recommend hiring someone who is IICRC Certified and uses a truck-mounted steam extraction system, as these are the basic standards for quality results. Although I have advanced training in caring for fine rugs and am also IICRC Certified, I am not currently able to accept new clients for wall-to-wall carpet cleaning because I focus on hand-washing area rugs in my shop.
