I hope they get better and they raised funds or post some to help those dogs and I hope those professionals and even not professionals just some pure kindest hearts to help them heal and give them what they can a little cents or little money could be a big change to their lives and can help them heal

DO NOT hire them or you will be throwing money away and regret your decision. Not only were they over an hour late to the appointment, the lady they sent to do the cleaning was incompetent and unprofessional. Spent no more than half an hour and left so many stains untreated and just said they can't be cleaned (even though we were able to clean them afterwards). Over $300 wasted.

Unbelievable, it's s very bad service even they asked me to pay higher than the due on phone. They did work like just to wet my carpet with a portable weak steam machine. I feel the carpet worse than before being cleaned. I'm really regret to contact them.

The provider was an hour late, only spent 30 minutes cleaning and left. A week later I sit on my couch and still smell the pet pee I asked them to clean up. I called to tell them about the incident not expecting anything, and the girl on the phone was really dismissive and rude. $225 for a deep cleaning down the drain. Don't hire them.
