Lightning Bolt Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Before the holidays we wanted to get our couches and rugs cleaned. Going to Yelp, we found Lightning Bolt Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and its exclusively positive and enthusiastic reviews. We called and set a date. Mark and his crew arrived promptly and ready to work. They did an outstanding job on our two Pottery Barn sofas, cushions, and pillows and on one of the Pottery Barn area rugs. The other rug had some weird streaks perhaps, Mark said, because the damp weather kept it from drying consistently or evenly. The crew went over the carpet a second and third time that same day without any improvement. Not pleased, Mark took the rug with him to clean it again until it looked right--and it came back this morning looking great! We are very pleased not only with the results but also by Mark's work ethic, his high standards, and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. Both this level of professionalism and this concern about the quality of his work are rare and very impressive these days.
