Richard did an incredible job steam cleaning my couch! With my messy pet, my couch was worn with dirt and a few pet accidents. By the time he was done, it looked and smelled like new. He was also prompt and quick, and I was able to schedule a time that worked within days. For the quality of the work, I also found the price to be fair. I would highly recommend LA Carpet Cleaning, and Richard.

Richard came to clean our sofa and a rug. He text me right at the start of my arrival window and arrived on time. I was very happy with how personable and professional he was and he answered my questions and concerns straight away. He confirmed the price which was almost identical to the quote I had been given over the phone and then commenced with the service. It’s great having all of the machinery and water away from the house in their truck and only the tubes entering your property (not to mention a much quieter experience!) Richard told me it would take around 2 hours and he was exactly right. All in all I was thoroughly impressed either with this company, would use them again and recommend them too!

It’s so hard to clean a white couch and they did it effortlessly. I had a 28 foot couch so it was quite expensive but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend using their services, especially if you have a white couch! 10/10 service!

Excellent job on our family room carpet!! Richard squeezed us into his already tight schedule. Arrived on time and performed a miracle with our dog-pee stained carpet. Helped us just in time for our houseguest to arrive.

STAY AWAY!!! They messed up all of my moldings and walls. They paid no attention to using corner protectors. This is a brand new house that I haven’t even moved into. Absolutely abysmal.
