Low Cost Carpet Cleaning Los Angeles came to clean my boss' apartment. Their attention to detail was much appreciated. No dust left anywhere- they picked up each picture frame on the counter and wiped down underneath them rather than just going around the items.

I’m not sure how this business has so many positive reviews. I would avoid them at all costs. I called to get a quote and was told $79 for my small 100 sqft bedroom with relatively new carpet. I asked the dispatcher if a credit card was fine for payment and he said yes. I asked a question about moving furniture and he said “I don’t know I’m the dispatcher you can ask the cleaner tomorrow.” It was very rude. The next day three guys arrived to clean my carpet. I didn’t get any of their names. He immediately tried to sell me on deep cleaning for somewhere around $275. I declined because the carpet isn’t very dirty and less than a year old. He asked if I wanted steam cleaning for $79 or for him to add shampoo to the water for $140. I went with shampoo for $140. They cleaned for 10 minutes, I checked on my doorbell when they started and finished to confirm. I watched him go over the carpet once, without care, and very quickly. It looked okay while it was wet but now it is dry and the surface-level stains didn’t even come out. He asked how I would like to pay and I said with a credit card. He didn’t take cards only cash, Venmo, or Zelle. I asked if he had change for cash he said no. So I had to pay via Venmo. Then he tried to add $28 to the price as “credit card fees” which I told him I was not paying because I’m not using a credit card, it’s Venmo. He allowed me to pay the $140. This business is a total scam. I tried to save some money by going with them. They are not a local company but a group of random cleaners that get dispatched by a larger company. Check websites for cleaning companies in the area, they are all the same. These were three guys with a cleaning machine. My carpets are not clean and I learned my lesson. Avoid this business.

Asked this place to do a rug cleaning and they charged 350 we didn’t it and it came back destroyed! It was a new rug and came back with a hole and is was discolored and stew chef out as well as the texture on the material was hard and still had the original marks on there but just a little lighted. We didn’t expect it to be perfect but this was really destroyed. When we tried to resolve it kindly they avoided us then finally asked for pictures and we sent everything … from then on they ignored us for a month and then proceeded to push around and “take messages” in which no one called us back. I pulled up to the address on their google and it’s a dog store. They address is fake so I called and asked how to get in touch and that the address is wrong and I got hung up on ad well as no one would answer the phone again and I called the cellphone of the person who asked for pictures and no it had been turned off. This “company” guy ripped us off. We didn’t even as for a replacement rug we only wanted a refund and the whole they skirted around it and now have completely stopped answering and responding. I would say this is a scam. I would also say don’t believe these reviews. This guy could have just refunded up for a terrible cleaning job and we would have been okay with it although we should also have a rug replacement! Do not trust this man or this company.

Quoted us a price then the technician charged my fiance more than 3x the quoted price when they came to our house. Totally unapologetic and flippant when I called to dispute it. Seems to me like they low-ball the quote and pressure you once they are in your house. Avoid. Cleaning job left streaks and spots on the couch also.
