We recently hired Lumen Cleaning to do a full house cleaning before hosting a family gathering. The team was punctual, thorough, and left every corner sparkling. The living room and kitchen look brand new, and the whole process was stress-free.

We had Lumen Cleaning clean our home after having renters for 4 years. They changed the house!!! Got it sale ready. Amazing transformation! I highly recommend them. They definitely went above and beyond.

Terrible service! They promised deep cleaning. I was moving my apartment so I wasn’t there to see the cleaning process but then when I came to check the place it was horrible. I ended up cleaning for 1 hour after them. They didn’t do half of things that they promised and left earlier. They were clearly in rush because they ask to reschedule or come earlier because of the other job. Bathrooms, floors, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly with stains left. Side tables had a dust on it. They didn’t even scrub tubs etc they just spray cleaned it. Horrible service and total rip off. They promised clean windows inside, they didn’t do either. It didn’t even smelled with cleaning solutions, they just sweeped everything with some cloth, I could see that by stains on bathroom mirrors… hair left on many things, toilet seat, bathroom and drains in showers. I don’t recommend this cleaning company.
