From the very first booking, the person who handled the phone call explained the entire process very kindly and clearly. They also documented everything in writing, which made me feel safe and confident that this was a trustworthy company. On the day of service, the two cleaners arrived right on time and came fully equipped with professional cleaning tools. They carefully cleaned all the areas I specifically requested without missing anything. They mentioned that they might need an extra hour to finish, but since I preferred not to extend the time, they worked more efficiently and completed all the cleaning within the originally agreed time. I will definitely use this company again if I ever need cleaning services in the future

Needed a deep cleaning for the place we were moving out from in La Habra. When I called to get some information and an estimate, it was super easy to do. Lupe called me right away and gave me a fair quote. Scheduling was smooth. I had to reschedule for a date sooner than what we agreed on and that was easy too. The ladies arrived on the day we planned and a few hours later I got a call and text that the job was done. When we went to do our walk through, it looked and smelled amazing. Our old rental is now move in ready for the property management. I will definitely call them again for our new place. Lupe and her staff are professional and friendly. Thank you again!

Lupe's Cleaning Service is very professional. Lupe is very responsive and proactive, you can always get your questions answered withing 10 minutes. The service request was booked with ease. Her technician Elisa is 10/10, she arrived to the house on time with all the cleaning supplies &equipment fully prepared. During the service, she's very attentive to details. This was my first time using Lupe’s Cleaning Service. I scheduled a deep clean to get my house ready for the holidays, and they delivered. They showed up when they said they would and treated my home with care, even with my fairly high standards. Everything looked clean, and it smelled clean without that heavy cleaning-product smell. One thing that really impressed me was the bathroom mirrored closet doors. They managed to remove my wife's stubborn, caked-on hairspray buildup I had pretty much accepted as permanent. I knew they were bad but wow, huge difference. My home is about 2400 square feet with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The cleaning took a little over four hours, and the pace was steady and thorough, not rushed. Lilia G. was the lead technician (as they call them), and she did excellent work from start to finish. They also didn’t push recurring service, which I appreciated because I’m not currently ready to commit to that. Overall, I’m pleased with the experience and would definitely use them again.
