Fantastic work from the cleaners. I was nervous because I have a skittish dog, but the cleaners were so kind and gentle. Would recommend to anyone!

James was amazing. He cleaned the apartment so well and so fast. No one else could have done it better. He was also really responsive over the phone and text and super friendly in person. Next cleaning I need, I will for sure call James.

I hired Magic Spell Cleaners for a deep clean and paid nearly $500 because my regular cleaner was unavailable. I was very clear about what I needed: top-to-bottom dusting, baseboards, corners, under furniture, and attention to detail. What I got was rushed, sloppy, and uncomfortable. They arrived late and then lied about why. The office texted me saying they were delayed due to parking, yet my street had wide-open parking directly in front of my house. When I checked, one cleaner had already been dropped off and was standing in my driveway smoking, and smelled strongly of smoke when she came inside. There was no parking issue, just dishonesty. The two cleaners worked from roughly 10:30am–12:30pm, which is wildly insufficient for a deep clean of a house at this price point. As they moved from room to room, I immediately noticed major areas that were untouched: dusty floors in bedrooms, hair and dust still on bathroom cabinets, and visible dirt throughout. When I politely pointed this out, one cleaner became rude and defensive, insisting areas were already clean when they clearly were not. When they claimed they were “done,” I asked to do a walkthrough, which I had been explicitly told to do by the office when booking. I discovered dozens of things still dirty. At that point, I learned they had already taken most of their supplies back to their car and were trying to leave. One cleaner sat on my couch while the other half-heartedly re-cleaned items I pointed out. They repeatedly pushed a phone in my face demanding I sign so they could leave multiple times even though the work was clearly unfinished. I eventually signed just to get them out of my house because the situation had become uncomfortable and tense. Afterward, the office called me and immediately became defensive, repeatedly telling me “you signed” instead of listening to the actual issues. I sent extensive photos showing the poor quality of work. I was told they had sent their “best team,” which is honestly alarming if this is the best they offer. I was not asking for a refund, though frankly this service did not come close to justifying the cost. I simply wanted accountability. Instead, I got excuses. I will never use this company again, and I strongly caution anyone considering them especially if you’re paying for a “deep clean.” Save your money and your time. I'm embarrassed to even attach these photos, but I am going to do it to warn future customers. They're photos from AFTER the "deep cleaning".

I do not recommend this service. I booked it with James but, he did not come over. Instead he sent over someone else and they were initially great but did make some mistakes that can not be fixed such as leaving a solution on metal and now it's permanently damaged. However, my apartment needed a lot of help and I asked for them to come over again. The second time they came, it was terrible because: -While cleaning they ate chicharrones and made a mess on my white items. - It was obvious that they were extremely tired or something else. - They wanted to focus on cleaning the bathroom alone so they could be out of my eye sight. -They claimed to wash the dishes but, actually put egregiously filthy silverware and dirty and / or wet plates back into my cabinets and drawers which make my clean ones unsanitary. -While I worked with the person to clean, I offered a break which they took but, they considered it a paid break which was not what I agreed to. I voiced all this to James and sent pictures. He said it was a miscommunication and wanted me to book a third session with his company. Not once did he offer a solution to rectify the many problems they made. His main concern was re-booking to which I said "cancel the upcoming appt.". However that was not done.
