Maid Brigade of Pasadena

This was my first time using them, let me tell you... Amazing! Never had or used a cleaning service in my life, until about two weeks ago, and wasn't impressed with the service (Tidy). But with Maid Brigade of Pasadena, you can trust they will get it done. Easy services, communication was great, didn't feel like I was being bamboozled or anything like that. And that's major when it comes to service companies . I mean couldn't find anything negative. But we shall see as time goes on 😉lol. Anyhow, would recommend them to anyone that needs basic, simple, non complicated cleaning. Don't look at pricing, just have to take that leap because quality is the overall goal when it comes to this type of service and services in general. Also, never felt like I was being bamboozled or anything like that, for those that were wondering

This is my second time. Both times it was only part of the house (kitchen, dining room and patio room) The first time was excellent and so I tried again. This time it was just good, nothing special and there is a minimum price, so the gentlemen said they would do deep cleaning. I am satisfied but it was a perfunctory job. May use again, do not know In response to the reply, the caller the next day only asked for my credit card number and did not ask me if I was satisfied. These glass tables do not show as poorly when the sun is not shining directly on them nor do I go into that room very often....but you can see the results are not up to par, nor was my black kitchen counter which sparkled last time. Granted all this in less than 2 hours is a lot to accomplish After closely checking now, the job was less than adequate and I would change to 2 stars.....I now realize that I will probably not use them in the future, firstly because of the work and secondly because of the response.
