We had a house cleaner that we used for years, but lately she has not been as reliable so we decided to use a professional service. I didnt realize how much better this is until I saw our house after cleaning. This wasn't a deep cleaning, and yet it was extremely spotless. They took care of areas that we haven't thought about in years. They came on time. Did an incredible job. Were extremely professional. We plan on setting up a reoccurring service with them.

I have been with Maid this for years because they always take care of me with a personal touch. They reach out and they respond consistently. Their cleaners have all been excellent! Prompt, courteous, thorough and receptive. I’ve always been able to communicate my preferences. The entire staff is so kind and professional. I have tried many services and Maid This continues to be my favorite. I highly, highly recommend them.

MaidThis cleaning did an excellent job cleaning my house. They were very accommodative in scheduling an appointment in short order. They were thorough in describing their various cleaning service options and determining what type of service I required. Their crew showed up on time and performed the work in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. The completed job met all my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

MAID THIS is by far the best cleaning company i have hired to clean my house. As someone that has had her cleaners for years at a time and enjoys cleaning their home, i have an eye for detail and it has been a challenge this last year to replace my retired maid. Maid This provides a great service with their variety of cleaning crew and a flat hourly rate. They are very communicative and very professional. No surprises, on time, trustworthy. I am relieved to have found this service and have peace of mind.

BUYER BEWARE. These people charged my card without my consent!!!! Also, the five star reviews are bought. After the cleaning, they guilt you and tell you that they will give the cleaner a bonus if you give them a five star review. I would’ve done it for the cleaner even though it was not five star, but I could not for the company they were relentless. I thought it was a small company, but it’s some type of weird calling service and they underpay the contractors that they’ve been pulling in. I specifically told them on the first call that I wanted to work with a local independent cleaner. I paid $225 for my first regular visit. But did not want to continue with a second and third visit once I realize this it was off. The first visit was also not thorough at all, but far worse, the salesman were extremely aggressive. I’m talking text and phone calls every single day. I could’ve dealt with the cleaning being less than perfect, but the salesman were relentless. I hated it. So when I said I didn’t want to continue service they relentlessly told me they were going to charge my card anyway for a month. Then they finally did it. I don’t even know if that’s legal. I paid for my first visit and didn’t want to do anymore. They charged my card anyway. In summary, I paid for my first visit. They charged me because I did not want to continue service. Even though I told them very clearly repeatedly, they have no right to charge my card. Luckily my bank is good with fraud so we can charge it back, but I just don’t want anyone else to get stuck on their calling list.. horrible, horrible horrible. The salesman ruined it.
