I love Merry Maids! They are friendly, reliable and trust worthy. They value their customers and your needs. They arrived when they said they would.The ladies were super nice. The customer service were friendly and very helpful as well. They understood my needs, especially for this time around (Covid 19) .They did deep cleaning and sanitize all the surfaces. I highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

At first, I had them for 6 hours cleaning with 2 girls, it’s a deep cleaning. Really like the cleaning and signed up for a weekly service with a rotation rooms. My husband and I have been happier since we use Merry Maids, we don’t need to worry about cleaning the house anymore. The girls are lovely and very helpful. Can’t wait to go home with my clean house on the cleaning day.

Merry Maids is absolutely wonderful! The ladies are amazing and the office people always have great customer service. I use them to maintain my house weekly and appreciate the professionalism. I absolutely love coming home to a fresh house, and the fact that they are dogs friendly is wonderful!

Aida and Miriam came to do a deep clean in my small one bedroom apt today. They didn’t mind that I stuck around the whole time and they seemed to really like my 3 kitties. Haha This was my first time getting a professional cleaning done as I have just not had enough time or energy lately to keep up with it all. I am so very pleased with their work. Both women were super friendly and courteous and very efficient cleaners. They had me inspect all the areas to make sure it was to my liking and I really have no complaints. They were amazing and I’m so glad I went through Merry Maids! Thank you so much for all your hard work, ladies! My place has never looked or smelled so clean. 😊

Super disappointing experience with this cleaning service. I was charged for three hours for my one-bedroom apartment, but my windows, mirrors, appliances, and floors were still dirty. When I spoke with Jason, the person from customer service (who later I understood was the owner), he only made matters worse instead of addressing my concerns. Please be aware of their four-hour minimum contract. This policy means you could be charged for more time than necessary, even if the job doesn't take that long. Overall, I found the service to be lacking, and I highly recommend considering other options.
