Merry Maids of Pasadena

My boyfriend and I work full-time and just got a puppy (which also feels like a full-time job) and haven’t been staying on top of our cleaning. We decided to give Merry Maids a try and we are so happy we did! Johanna and Samara are absolutely amazing! They have my house completely spotless in great time. They are also so friendly and make sure to ask if there are any spots to focus extra attention on. It has given us so much peace of mind to have such a clean, cozy house to come home to. It is worth every penny, especially with Johanna and her wonderful team!

I've lived at my location for 14 years and it was due for a deep clean and general decluttering. Alexa helped me set up my appointment and was very patient and understanding while I explained what kind of services I needed. The day of my appointment, Maribel and Angeles arrived promptly with all of their equipment. They were also very professional, thorough, and hard working throughout the day. In fact, I appreciated their help so much that I immediately scheduled my next appointment with Merry Maids and requested they both return. While I agree that Merry Maids has a slightly higher price point versus some competitors, I think their knowledge, experience, work ethic, and professionalism more than warrant a higher price. Also in 2025, it may not be as high as people expect, its just that the competition under pays their people. Thanks Gabriela and Angeles! Look forward to seeing you again!

This was my first experience with a cleaning team, they did a great job and generously remedied any concerns I had. Very appreciative of the teams time and efforts. For the price my expectations were high but I do live in an old house and it’s hard to make something so lived in feel brand new so keep your expectations realistic. They also moved my appliances around which was unexpected so maybe specify if you don’t want them to do that. Excellent customer service and my house feels great.
