Nadia was very flexible with scheduling my service. As a first time recipient of professional cleaning, I didn’t know quite what to expect. I had some big jobs that needed attention along with the usual dust and polishing, general bathroom areas and a going over the carpet and tile. 2 1/2 hours were not enough for all the work to be done. They stayed a total of 4 hours to finish the top things on my list. I was impressed with their hard work ethics. I’m assuming the remainder of the smaller, maintenance things will get picked up next time, but it’s nice to have clean blinds again, along with a ceiling fan that looks practically new. My shower looks good as well.

M&I Maids was my first experience with a maid service. They were very professional when scheduling a date and time. They arrived on time and the house had not been this clean in years.
