MOLLY MAID of Playa Vista

I don’t think my house has been this clean since I moved in! I am still walking around the house and finding areas that are clean that I haven’t seen clean for quite some time. It’s remarkable. Theydid a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. I wish I could remember the name of the two ladies that came and clean the house I would like to thank them personally. If you could please let me know their names and I will always request them. Thank you again. It was wonderful and it is wonderful.

Edit Update: changing to 5 stars based on the extremely excellent customer service I received from the owner immediately upon reading my review. He ensured that the situation would be rectified and would not be an issue again. I look forward to a thorough clean during my next experience with Molly Maid. Honestly disappointed. Fine for a VERY surface level clean. But for $150 an hour I would expect it to be more thorough. For example, dirt/grime marks left on toilet and shower, tough but removable spots left on the floor in pet-eating area, particles left in the carpet (perhaps a better quality vacuum would address this?) These may seem minor, but at the not-so minor price of $225 to have my 600 sq ft apartment cleaned, I don’t want to have to do additional cleaning afterwards. Will likely not be rebooking.

I would recommend Molly Maid to anyone. They are reliable, reasonably priced, and they do a great job. I love the fact that Molly Maid keeps you with the same people for each appointment, Maria B. and Claudia are phenomenal.

The Molly Maid team are always so friendly, efficient and do an excellent job. I love that they use sustainable cleaning products too.
