NeatO Cleaning

NeatO is the best! We have used them regularly for more than 2 years now. Doug and Oscar have friendly, professional and quick communication and are always flexible if we need to reschedule. The prices are reasonable and transparent. The clean is thorough and its easy to add additional stuff like a fridge clean out. The cleaning teams are always super nice and thoughtful and take amazing care of our space. Any feedback we have about the clean is thoughtfully considered and remedied the next time. They even make my kid's stuffed animal's bed, which they are excited to come home to on cleaning days. NeatO also gives back to the community through service projects. What more could you ask for? We love NeatO!

I ordered the deep clean, as well as the inside refrigerator add-on, all which ran me about $375. It was a good cleaning but more like a standard cleaning rather than a deep clean. I found areas in the refrigerator that had not been cleaned and dust/residual dirt in some areas. They’re clear about not doing laundry or decluttering but for the prices, I think some basic straightening up would be included. They’re super responsive, which is great but for the prices, I would expect a more thorough cleaning. I believe I’ve used them before and they did a good job then but I think I was reminded this time that while it’s a good cleaning, it’s not representative of the price you pay - just my opinion. Very nice people, though!
