Setting up an appointment was super easy, and Jacob was friendly and helpful every step of the way. We always ask for Frederick to clean our carpets because he does a very detailed and careful job. Before starting, Frederick checks which areas need cleaning, puts down tarps over the wood floors, and covers the corners of the walls and door to protect them from the hoses as he moves from room to room. He also wears shoe covers, carefully moves and puts back our furniture, places plastic under chairs after cleaning, and then rakes the carpet in every room so it dries well and looks great.
