I was having a party at my home in Altadena and was in urgent need of a total overhaul of my gas fireplace. I found Don and Royal Cleaning online. From our first discussion to completion of the work (all of which happened within 36 hours!) he was an absolute professional. He provided options (including videos) at different price points, and explained the differences between them, working with me to make a final decision. He did the installation himself the following day, and did a fantastic job, explaining how our new gas fireplace works, and giving me tips on how to maximize performance and safety. In addition to being an excellent technician, he's also highly responsive and a just a super nice, personable guy. I can't recommend him and Royal enough!

I had the best experience ever with Royal cleaning service . We finally got a new home in Pasadena. And the chimney was not in good condition until the technician from Royal cleaning service came. They did a fantastic and professional job me and my husband so happy about it now we can use the fireplace safely.

Thomas was our technician and was very professional and clean! We live in Huntington Beach so there is a lot of moisture here and our damper was rusted to the point of not budging. He did a great job cleaning it out so now we have a working chimney! The owner was very great at communicating and nice! Would recommend!
