Rug'it Cleaning & Replacement

My boyfriend and I just moved in to our new apartment and we were told that the carpets were already cleaned and shampoo’d but we wanted to make sure they were freshly cleaned before moving any furniture in and for peace of mind. We are so happy with the results and are so grateful for our experience with the techs at Rug’it! The technician even let us know that there was still a whole lot of residue leftover and still very soapy and their high grade equipment helped fully clean every nook and cranny! When I saw our freshly cleaned carpets, they even looked a whole shade lighter, almost beige/white instead of the tan/brown I thought it was! The technicians were so friendly and personable. They were also 40 mins early and patiently waited for me to arrive. They also took only an hour to clean all 4 carpeted spaces! It also only takes 24 hrs to dry which is a lot faster than I expected. Amazing customer service. It was quick, they were friendly and polite, and the price came out to a little over $300 for 4 rooms which is pretty reasonable. I highly recommend Rug’it and would 100% contact them again for any future services we might need. Shout out to Isaac and his tech assistant for being so great at what they do. You know they’ll do an amazing job if you can tell they enjoy what they do. Thank you so much!

I really wish I had before and after pics! The carpet was so dirty it looked almost gray. We had had construction work done on the house and a lot of extra dust. This carpet is probably 20 years old and having Isaac with RugItClean out to clean them about once a year has definitely extended their life. Love how the carpet now looks and feels!

Easy communication via text. I opted for pickup and delivery because it was a busy time for us and that was easy. They picked up Dec 8 and delivered Dec 22, for an idea of timeline. The rugs look great! One rug they couldn’t get all the stains out because they were old set in stains but overall happy with our service and the communication.

I had handwoven rugs that were in embarrassing condition because they hadn’t been cleaned in forever and were covered in dog hair. Rug it not only cleaned them beautifully, they even repaired one that needed some help. They were clear and considerate when they told me the options for repair, that they had to match, etc. It looks fabulous! You can’t even see that it’s been repaired!!! I highly recommend Rug It. Both their services and staff are amazing.

We had a great experience with Rugit! From the moment we set up the appointment to the cleaning. We had a couch/ and love seat cleaned and a Pottery Barn rocker ! All turned out beautiful and the employee Isaac was marvelous give us honest opinion about cleaning a rug! We are very happy with the outcome of our furniture, their honesty and consultation for our rug! Thanks so much We highly recommend this company..
