RED FLAG WARNING! Cleaning Crew repeatedly brought infant baby to my building during service times and left child unattended (pics attached). Huge LIABILITY! When I contacted CEO, he basically told me to p*ss off (Details below): Initially I was very happy to find what seemed to be a professional cleaning service for the property I manage. I paid for bi-weekly cleaning and re-stocking of toilet paper and supplies. Initially things went well. After 3 years of service, I filed my first complaint because an employee came to "Clean" my building and brought a baby with her! I asked her who she was, she said her name was Lois, was sent by manager Ruben, who's manager is Isaiah Vair. Isaiah has always been in good relations with me, however I asked him to provide me with his superiors email since its not OK to bring a baby to a job site & leave them unattended as you clean! I do not want that kind of liability and issues within my property line, and I don't think any other property owner would either. I sent an email to Isaiah and Steven Harper, CEO, bringing this to his attention and asking for him to call me. Instead, he emails me back shortly after telling me that he does not want to service my building because "...there are so many issues surrounding servicing your building..." Well...shouldn't you have told me that YEARS ago? and not when I am complaining regarding such an issue of workplace hazard? In a way his response confirmed my suspicions that my property has not been properly serviced. (My building is multi-unit office building in the Brentwood/West LA area of Los Angeles. Its very safe and accessible). I requested for them to refund me a minimum of 1 month's janitorial services, since it is clear no one can clean a property with a baby, not to mention no cleaning had been done. I would strongly advise against hiring this company since the management and apparently owner has "many issues" servicing buildings in the same Market they claim to cater to. I am also reporting the unattended infant issue to the appropriate authorities.
