I contacted The Carpet Gurus after my dog left footprints on my living room rug. The Carpet Gurus sent their technician to my location on a Saturday within one hour of my initial call. The tech worked on my rug while I spent time laughing with him and his child dog who jumped onto the sofa to bark playfully. The team successfully removed a red wine stain which had persisted on my rug since a party two years ago. The Carpet Gurus successfully removed the stain which my previous cleaning service had failed to do. The cleaning solution used by The Carpet Gurus brought back memories of my college days when I first cleaned my apartment. I will return to this company because their service provided me with an outstanding experience.

They were really gurus that I need assistance in cleaning my rug especially if it’s a veery tough one. Have one of their techs to come in my home. No mess left only a clean and fresh carpet were seen in the vicinity.

My friend recommended me to use the Carpet Gurus service. I was little worried they might not meet my expectations, but guess what they even exceeded it! I was very impressed that I have to tell my family about it. You should try it guys.

This is the worst carpet cleaning company I have ever known. I made an appointment with Carpet Gurus for spot cleaning on our carpet and they sent someone from another company (Benjamin Home Services) who they subcontracted to do the job. Carpet Gurus didn't tell me about this switch. The guy from Benjamin Svs. spent less than 10 minutes cleaning the soiled area on our wall to wall carpet and then charged me $495. Even worse...the spot on our rug is much worse looking after his cleaning than it was before. I called Carpet Gurus to complain and they promised to send someone out from their company to try to fix it. The appointment we made was for today between 9-12 but never showed up. When I called them to find out what happened they said they were planning to send out the same guy from the other company to try to clean it again and I told them I would NOT allow the guy who ruined our carpet in my house again. I would avoid using Carpet Gurus at all costs. They are liars and don't know what they're doing.
