Terrible Experience –Scam I had a very disappointing experience with Top Local Maids. The cleaner showed up hours late with no proper communication. They also randomly cancel and change the day they are coming. After the cleaning, they charged my credit card more than the agreed amount for “overtime” even though I never approved extra time. I didn’t ask for any additional services that would require overtime. The maid was on her phone talking to people throughout the service. She was on her phone a lot. If she didn’t finish her job in a timely manner maybe she should not be on the phone. I tried to resolve the issue by calling the company, but no one returned my calls for four days. I left multiple messages and got zero response. When I finally got in touch, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. This business is dishonest, unresponsive, and lacks basic customer service. I honestly feel **scammed**. **Avoid at all costs.**
