Came on time, cleaned carpet nicely, nice customer service and very professional. Did his job in a way that shows he cares. He took his time like he was cleaning his own carpet at home. Asked George to be careful with certain items and did exactly that. He put plastic barriers to avoid equipment damaging walls and furniture. One thing that was concerning but after I saw how everything was, it really didn't matter but might matter to others. George was by himself. I had to assist moving some furniture around to get the cleaning done. If you are not able to assist with moving certain furniture around that might be an issue but other than that, I would definitely have George back to clean again. Oh and no harsh chemicals were used. The cleaning left a nice fresh scent. Thanks George!

We are very pleased with the tile and grout cleaning in our bathrooms, shower and laundry room performed by Francisco at Zerorez. He was thorough and detailed in his tile and grout cleaning work. He was professional and knowledgeable and touched up the areas I wanted extra clean. 5⭐️ for Francisco and we will have him back for the rest of the house soon!

Rudy was very helpful and gave me a great deal on my carpet cleaning! He even was able to finish the job on account of the rain. Rudy also provided more information on other services my home needs for future projects and I will definitely be utilizing those services!

Brendon was amazing. So careful worked his tail off. This Carpet is about 40 (that’s right,) 40 yrs old. This was my mom’s house…It looks lovely. Smells clean and feels like a new place. I have used ZeroRez before and they do what no other carpet company has done. Thank you. I will request Brendon always!

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the service and subsequent lack of communication from Zerorez. The technician, Jay, arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to work with. While the carpet cleaning itself was acceptable, the aftermath has been a nightmare. Due to excessive moisture left during the cleaning process, my furniture now has significant water damage. Two of my dressers have begun to swell and peel at the base. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned many times in the past and have never experienced furniture damage like this. To his credit, Jay encouraged me to notify the company immediately and mentioned that he had never had this happen before. Following his advice, I contacted the office and spoke with a representative who instructed me to submit photos and a detailed description of the damage, which I did promptly. Since submitting that information, I have heard nothing back. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that causes property damage and then goes silent when it’s time to take responsibility. I would not suggest using Zerorez based on the lack of care taken during the service and their apparent lack of interest in rectifying the issues they caused.
