I’ve been using Maid Brigade for a little over 8 years, and they’ve been consistently excellent. Their customer service is outstanding-always accommodating and responsive. For most of the years, I’ve had a consistent team, and they’ve done an amazing job handling both regular cleanings and deep cleanings. The ladies are wonderful, courteous, and truly care about doing a great job. They always listen to what I need and make sure everything is perfect. I truly appreciate their hard work and consistency. Absolutely recommend Maid Brigade to anyone looking for a cleaning service you can trust!

Maid Brigade is a fabulous company!!! All of the friendly team members who have come to our home have done an excellent job. Our house is truly sparkling clean after they leave and it always smells so fresh, as well. We have a large house with antique mementos and books which are always handled carefully by the team members. We are so appreciative of the care they take and the knowledge that whether we are at home or away, everything in our house is safe and the job will be done well. Added to the great cleaning staff is the terrific office staff!!! They are always friendly and accommodating, no matter what I might need. I’ve had to request many schedule changes over the past year and every time, Allysa was gracious, never ever making me feel it was a problem. At times, she even anticipated my needs and found a way to make sure they were met. I highly recommend Maid Brigade!!! They are an outstanding company in every way!!!

I love the Maid Brigade service, the crew arrives ready to work. They are efficient and thorough and best of all trustworthy. My home smells clean and looks amazing when they are finished. Extra services are always available at a reasonable price.

The cleaning teams are very nice and accommodating but the overall cleanliness low/mid based on price per month at 366.39 for our last cleaning. I’ve been with this company for years because the staff that comes to my home are so amazing but you’re asking for my honest review. The people you hire are amazing but the time allotted to warrant the price you charge does not correlate. At this time, it’s more of a surface cleaning than what used to be a standard cleaning
